Generally this is much less of a problem than you might imagine in North Wales. We’re lucky to have crags like Tremadog and Gogarth which are both coastal and both receive considerably better weather than everywhere else. Some courses can get by on a 50/50 forecast eg scrambling, where as if you’re on an advanced trad climbing course we need it to be dry. There are even wet weather route options! If the weather is too bad to run a particular course and we can’t settle on another location, time or day then we can rearrange for a later date.
